Development and application of management information system for construction machinery repair enterprises

in order to standardize the business activities of repair enterprises, complete the standardized and automated management of all repair technical data and equipment consumption login, statistics, query and analysis in the whole process of construction machinery maintenance, so as to inspect and supervise the implementation of repair tasks, control maintenance quality and maintenance cost, and further improve the maintenance management level of repair enterprises, We have developed a management information system for construction machinery repair enterprises. L system modeling and standardizing repair process and management process are the main basis for the design of this system. Although the repair content of each repair enterprise is consistent with the requirements, the specific repair process and management process are still different. In order to standardize and unify the repair activities of repair enterprises, we have unified the mechanical repair process flow on the basis of full investigation and according to the technical requirements of construction machinery overhaul. According to the whole process management idea, we have analyzed all the power supply piezoelectric elements of machinery from entering the factory to leaving the factory. According to the principles of high efficiency and economy, we have determined the management process of construction machinery overhaul and formulated a series of management cards and statements, Make the management of construction machinery more scientific and standardized. According to relevant regulations, on the basis of routine overhaul management, the standardized overhaul business management process of construction machinery is determined as shown in Figure 1. 2 main functions of the system 2.1 system function structure according to the system management process, the system structure can be determined, as shown in Figure 2. 2.2 main functions of the system 2.2. L quota management

this management module mainly registers and manages the category and model of overhaul construction machinery, as well as the equipment consumption quota, man hour consumption quota, overhaul technical standards, equipment codes, etc. within the scope of overhaul, so as to provide a basic basis for the overhaul and management of construction machinery. Specifically, it includes four sub modules: machine type, consumption quota, technical standard and equipment code. 2.2.2 resource management

this parameter setting is all based on the situation processing module of the dialog box for users to register and manage the maintenance resources of the repair enterprise, including the login, statistics, query, printing and other management functions of maintenance personnel, maintenance equipment and maintenance facilities, so as to provide a basis for maintenance task arrangement and maintenance resource allocation. Specifically, it includes four sub modules: maintenance personnel, maintenance equipment, maintenance facilities and resource reports. 2.2.3 technical management

this module allows users to manage the technical dynamics of the whole process of mechanical overhaul, including mechanical repair, handover, maintenance task arrangement, technical inspection, completion acceptance and delivery handover. Users can query the relevant situation of mechanical overhaul at any time, and can also make statistics on the usage of single machine or model maintenance, which is far lower than that of 200 (3) 00kg in developed countries at any time. Specifically, it includes sub modules such as repair registration, inspection, handover, dispatch processing, disassembly and inspection identification, repair and inspection registration and completion inspection. 2.2.4 equipment management

this module allows users to register and manage the purchaser Library of maintenance and consumption equipment, the requisition and distribution of excess capacity and inventory, and provides a basis for maintenance equipment supply, consumption statistics and cost accounting. Specifically, it includes sub modules such as human database registration, requisition registration and inventory. 2.2.5 cost management

this module provides users with cost accounting and analysis of overhauled machinery, and provides a basis for the statistical settlement of maintenance costs. At the same time, it also provides decision-making basis for repair enterprises to carry out daily cost analysis and reduce maintenance costs. Specifically, it includes cost entry, single machine cost accounting, annual settlement and cost analysis modules. 2.2.6 statistical management

this module allows users to make statistics on the relevant situation of mechanical overhaul, including the statistical analysis of maintenance plan, progress, consumption, quality, benefit, etc., so as to assess the repair progress and quality of machinery in time, analyze the economic benefits of mechanical maintenance, and provide decision-making basis for managers. Specifically, it includes progress statistics, consumption statistics, cost statistics, benefit analysis and quality analysis modules. 2.2.7 system management

this module is set for users to manage databases. Specifically, it includes sub modules such as database maintenance, data backup and recovery, password setting and system initialization. 2.3 system data flow the data flow of the system is determined according to the needs of scientific management and standardized management, as shown in Figure 3. 3 system characteristics and application 3.1 system characteristics (L) advanced management ideas, scientific management, and the realization of full staff, comprehensive, and whole process management. Personnel, equipment, facilities, technology, cost, statistics, quality and other management contents run through the whole process of machinery from entering the factory to leaving the factory. It fundamentally overcomes the misunderstanding and weak links in the previous management, and is conducive to improving the overall management level. It is convenient to analyze, predict and control the quality and cost of mechanical maintenance. On the basis of logging in all maintenance data, the cost and quality are increased
